These terms and conditions govern your use of the TradePath Academy website and your enrolment in any of our courses. By using this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enrol.
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in our courses. By enrolling, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
When you enrol in a course, we grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive licence to access the course materials for your own educational purposes. You may not share your login credentials, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the course content without our prior written consent.
Access does not expire. If we update or re‑record a lesson, you will receive the new version at no extra cost. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any course at our discretion, subject to providing you with reasonable notice and alternative access where possible.
We do not process card payments on this website. All payments are made by bank transfer or by card over the phone after you receive an invoice. The invoice is sent to the email address you provide in the enrolment form.
Course prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. You are responsible for any bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges.
Access to the course materials will be granted only after we have received cleared payment. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, we may cancel the enrolment.
You may request a refund within 14 days of the date your course access is opened, provided you have watched less than one‑third of the total lesson content for that course. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your invoice number. We will process the refund to the original payment method within five working days. No refunds are given after the 14‑day period or if you have exceeded the viewing limit.
All content provided by TradePath Academy is for educational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in any lesson, workbook, email, or communication from our tutors constitutes financial advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and we do not manage money on behalf of clients.
You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. Past performance shown in practice sessions or examples does not guarantee future results. Trading carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing more than your initial capital, particularly when trading leveraged products such as contracts for difference (CFDs) or spread bets.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradePath Academy and its tutors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website, your enrolment in a course, or any trading decisions you make. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant course.
We do not warrant that the course materials are error‑free, complete, or up‑to‑date, although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy. You acknowledge that market conditions and regulations change, and it is your responsibility to verify current information before acting on it.
All content on this website and in the courses, including text, graphics, logos, video, audio, and software, is the property of TradePath Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the content without our prior written permission.
You agree to use the website and course materials only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, distribute viruses, or engage in any activity that could harm our systems or other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the courses and website without notice if we believe you have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a way that is harmful to us or other users. Upon termination, you must cease using the course materials.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. By continuing to use the website or courses after changes have been posted, you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
